This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for SecuraWealth Investment Strategies, LLC.


SecuraWealth Investment Strategies, LLC (“SecuraWealth”) recognizes that its clients have an expectation that SecuraWealth will maintain the confidentiality of Clients’ nonpublic personal information.  Therefore, SecuraWealth has adopted this Privacy Policy concerning information obtained during the servicing of Client’s account(s).

Nonpublic information:  Nonpublic information obtained by SecuraWealth for purposes of providing services hereunder will not be furnished to third parties for any other purpose other than in furtherance of the services to be provided hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SecuraWealth may disclose nonpublic information (i) to the extent such disclosure is required by court order or by a valid order of a governmental body governmental or quasi-governmental agency (such as FINRA) (ii) prior or after the time of disclosure such information becomes part of the public knowledge or literature, not as a result of any inaction or action of SecuraWealth, (iii) reasonably necessary for SecuraWealth to enforce its legal rights in any dispute with that Client; or (iv) is approved by Client, in writing, for release. SecuraWealth does not disclose nonpublic personal information about its clients to any party except as permitted by law.

Sources of Personal Information:  We collect Personal Information about you from meetings with you and on applications or other forms you have submitted to SecuraWealth, as well as information about your investments or transactions with us or others (e.g. such as third party service providers or fund companies) from other sources.

How SecuraWealth Protects the Confidentiality of Clients’ Nonpublic Personal Information: SecuraWealth does not sell or trade clients’ information with nonaffiliated companies. When information is provided to third party service providers, safeguards are in place to assure that information is used only for the purpose it is provided. SecuraWealth maintains its records on secured computers. Prospective employees are screened for criminal convictions. Once hired, employees are made aware of SecuraWealth’s Privacy Policy and of the confidential nature of the information they handle. Employees are limited to accessing only that customer information that is necessary to perform their job functions.

To Whom This Policy Applies: This Notice applies to all our clients who enter into an Investment Advisory Agreement with us. Our Former Clients: Even if you are no longer a client, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.

Access to and Correction of Information: Upon the written request of Clients, we may make available for their review any file we may maintain for their personal Information at our discretion; provided, however, that any Information collected in connection with, or in anticipation of, any claim or legal proceeding will not be made available. If Clients notify us that any Information is incorrect, we will review it. If we agree, we will correct our records. If we do not agree, Clients may submit a short statement of dispute, which we will include in any future disclosure of the disputed Information.

Further Information: We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. The examples contained within this Privacy Policy are illustrations and are not intended to be exclusive. This Policy attempts to comply with federal and state regulations regarding privacy. Clients may have additional rights under other foreign or domestic laws that may apply to them.

“Opt Out” Provision: Since SecuraWealth does not sell or share any Personal Information an “opt out” provision would not be applicable to this Privacy Policy. Clients may call (330) 605-2564 to request further information regarding this policy.



Information Collection and Use 
SecuraWealth Investment Strategies, LLC (“SecuraWealth”) is the sole owner of the information collected on this web site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. SecuraWealth collects information from our users at several different points on our web site. 

In order to use some features of this Web site, users may submit an informational request through the home page herein. During this process, users are required to give their contact information (name and e-mail address). This information is used to contact users about the topics or questions in their request through our web site for which they have expressed interest. 

SecuraWealth uses cookies to remember if users have logged in while on our web site. This allows web site users to avoid logging in more than once, thereby saving time. Users have the option of disabling or not accepting cookies by changing the preferences on their browsers*. If users opt to disable cookies, they will still be able to use our web site. However, they will not be able to use some functionality. No personally identifiable information (e-mail address, name, etc.) is collected with the cookies that we set. Accepting cookies while on the SecuraWealth site will not put the user at risk for marketing to other web sites.

Web Statistics 
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the web site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use for reporting and sponsorship purposes. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. 

We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. 

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that SecuraWealth does not claim any responsibility for the privacy practices of such other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our web site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this web site. 

This web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information, and we have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. 

Occasionally, our web site requests information from users via Web surveys. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include demographic data (such as zip code and age), but nothing that can identify any individual person will be collected. Survey results will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this web site. 

Send This to a Friend 
If users elect to use our "Send This to a Friend" function, we ask them for the friend's name and e-mail address. SecuraWealth will automatically send friends a one-time e-mail message inviting them to visit the site. SecuraWealth stores this information temporarily for the sole purpose of sending this one-time message. 

We may also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements that contain important information about the service. We communicate with users to provide requested services and to discuss issues relating to their accounts via e-mail or phone. 

Correction/Updating Personal Information 
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code or e-mail address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or remove that the personal data that was provided to us. Users can use the "Edit My Profile" link from their homepage or they can e-mail our Help Desk to change, correct, or remove information. 

Notification of Changes 
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our home page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
